Return Policy Summary

  • Return Window: 60 days from the delivery date
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Return Shipping Cost: Funkii covers return shipping for all orders
  • Refund Timeframe: Within 5 business days after receiving the returned item
  • Condition: Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and labels

60-Night Trial (First order only)

If you or your baby are not satisfied with any of our products after wearing or using them for 60 nights, please contact us to start your free return and refund.

Used products are donated to our local kid’s charity.

A photo will be required so we can check the condition of the items as not all items can be donated. In some cases we may refund without the items being returned if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at hello@funkii.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions
    We will send you detailed return instructions, including a prepaid return label.
  3. Package the Item
    Securely pack the item in its original condition with all original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back
    Use the prepaid label to return the item to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • If the refund does not appear within a reasonable time, please check with your payment provider or contact us.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Approx 3hrs from time of placing the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@funkii.co for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a description and photo(s).
  • We will offer a replacement, return, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, simply return the original item following the steps above. Once processed, you may place a new order.
